What is Zumba®
Zumba® is a 60 minute Latin inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International rhythms and dance moves to achieve a heart-pumping cardio workout. Zumba® combines aerobic, muscular, and interval training principles to shape, tone, and sculpt the body. You’ll learn simple yet fun choreographies to Salsa, Reggaeton, Samba, Hip-Hop, Belly Dancing and more! The class is designed for all dance/fitness levels, and we always welcome new students.
