About Dancing to Fitness

Ivonne created Dancing to Fitness to provide a one-stop-shop for her clients. With Dancing to Fitness clients can focus solely on dance, group exercise, personal training or a combination of them. Clients have a number of dance forms to choose from such as Salsa, Belly Dancing, Samba, and Hip-Hop as well as group exercise classes like Zumba®, Body Sculpt, and Cardio Kick-Boxing. Personal training sessions are customized for each individual depending on age, fitness level, and fitness goals to ensure the desired results.
